Sausage Class Voucher

You’ll start your morning at Ruby & White with a sausage sandwich from the barbecue and a cold drink. Then it’s time to roll your sleeves up and get to work making your own sausage mix, with the guidance of one of Ruby & White’s expert butchers. You’ll have a variety of herbs, spices and ingredients to pick, from traditional flavours to something experimental and unique. Once you’ve perfected your sausage mix, you’ll learn to fill and tie the sausages yourself, before taking home a very generous pack for supper. Vouchers are
£60.00 per person, or £100.00 for two people to work together to make one sausage mix.
